Elkino Watson played his final high school game Thursday night in the Nike South Florida All-Star Game. Now, the three-star defensive tackle from Miami (FL) Booker T. Washington is focused on his recruitment.

Watson, an athletic 6-foot-3, 285-pound defensive lineman, made an official visit to Louisville last month. While Watson travelled out of state for his first official visit, he'll stay in Florida for his final three visits -- Florida Jan. 8-9, USF Jan. 15-16, Florida State Jan. 22-23.

Watson visited Louisville with fellow Miami prep stars Teddy Bridgewater and Eli Rogers, and enjoyed his time checking out Charlie Strong's rising program. Both Bridgewater, a five-star Scout.com quarterback prospect, and Rogers, an Under Armour All-American, have committed to Louisville.

"They're in my big picture," Watson said of Louisville. "I had a great time up there. I really bonded with Coach [Clint] Hurtt and I just liked the whole atmosphere when I was there."

Hurtt has kept close tabs on Watson, checking in with him in south Florida this week. "He visited me [Tuesday]," Watson said. "It went well. We just reminisced on the trip and talked about some of the upcoming things."

While he'll visit Florida this weekend, FSU coach Jimbo Fisher visited with Watson Wednesday. "It was a good experience for me," Watson said. "He's a great person overall and I'm probably looking forward to meeting him again sometime."

Watson didn't name a favorite as he begins his official visit tour through Florida.

"I'm looking for what's best for me," Watson said. "The big factor is finding a school where I can come in next year and get some playing time. Staying home plays a part for my family, but if I have to get away I will. So that won't play a big factor."
