Numerous junior prospects from have made unofficial visits the the Louisville football complex over the past two weeks. Players from Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Ohio, Alabama, Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan and other areas were seen walking the sidelines and sitting in the stands the last two weekends.
With spring practice now completed and the evaluation period started, the coaches can come to them.
The Cardinals staff landed one of the programs top classes last year and will most likely build upon their success of last year and sign yet another impressive class for 2004.
U of L will also have a new recruiting coordinator beginning this year. Previous recruiting coordinator Greg Nord, who now serves as Associate Head Coach and tight ends coach, handed the reigns over to Joe Whitt, Jr. following the completion of last year's recruiting period.
