Louisville no longer recruiting Cat Barber

The University of Louisville’s search for a point guard in the Class of 2013 has taken a major turn this week. The Cardinals are no longer recruiting one of their top targets for that position. Cardinal Authority has the scoop.

Hampton, Va., point guard Anthony “Cat” Barber made an official visit to the University of Louisville last weekend and was considered a top target.

Now, the Cardinals are no longer recruiting the five-star Barber.

Fox SportsNext national analyst Evan Daniels confirmed with sources that the Cardinals would no longer pursue Barber in the recruiting process.
