Solid group expected to visit for USF game

CardinalAuthority.com has the latest on the growing list of prospects expected to visit this weekend.

It's been four weeks since the University of Louisville hosted a football game, so with the Cardinals set to welcome South Florida this Saturday, the coaching staff is putting together another impressive list of unofficial visitors.

CardinalAuthority.com has confirmed that a sizeable group of high school prospects representing the classes of 2013 and 2014 will be in attendance this weekend. In addition to welcoming a number of the best players from the Bluegrass State, athletes from Georgia, Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee are also expected.

The list of anticipated visitors is full of stars, including a pair of Cardinal commitments. Indianapolis Southport offensive lineman Skylar Lacy and Toledo Central Catholic tight end Keith Towbridge are both planning on making the trip to Louisville. Also, a trio of prospects currently committed elsewhere are expected to visit U of L this weekend.

While on a visit, visiting high school prospects will often tour the U of L campus, meet with members of the coaching staff and attend the pregame Card March. Prior to locating their seats for the game, they will visit the playing surface to watch the Cardinals pregame workout.
