Beery Back from Louisville

Beery Back from Louisville

Head coach Charlie Strong and his Louisville squad improved to 7-0 on the year and more importantly 2-0 in the Big East. Strong and company have a chance to take a commanding led in conference as they host Cincinnati Friday night.

Trevahn Beery checks in from Creston (OH) Norwayne High School playing both cornerback and wide receiver. Cardinal head coach Charlie Strong is looking for Beery to potentially fill a corner back spot for defensive coordinator Vance Bedford.

"I just got back from Louisville it was a great game. It was really nice, long drive but definitely worth it. I talked to one of the coaches and he said they were lacking height at the corner position. He told me they dont have a commitment yet from a corner in the class of 2013. He said he was going to talk to the head coach about me."

Beery is gaining interest from not only Louisville but Missouri and was invited to the U.S. Army National Combine in San Antonio.
