PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- It is a monumental day at Rutgers with athletic director Tim Pernetti, president Robert L. Barchi and Big Ten commissioner Jim Delaney announced the the school is moving to the Big Ten, and ScarletReport.com is in attendance to bring live updates.
