Panama City (Fla.) Bay linebacker Dance Estes made his decision earlier today, as he committed to Southeastern, a new NAIA program in Lakeland, Fla.
“I committed Monday,” Estes said. “The reason I committed was because it's a good school in a great area. The campus is beautiful and I like the coaches and think I can set the foundation for them. Even though I believe I can play D1 football my dad always told me go where you are wanted so that's what I did. Everything there is new and the first year the whole team is redshirted so we have time to improve ourselves. I would have loved to go D1 but I'm excited about this opportunity.”
Estes, 6-foot-2 and 230-pound, is a middle linebacker prospect.
