The University of Louisville football team has moved up a couple of spots in at least one weekly poll after moving to 6-0 on the season. The Cardinals will host Central Florida on Friday night.

While staying No. 8 in the Associated Press poll this week, the University of Louisville moved up in another poll.

The Cardinals beat Rutgers 24-10 on Thursday to go 6-0 and moved up to No. 6 in the USA Today Coaches poll.

U of L had been ranked No. 8 in both polls last week. The coaches poll is one-third of the BCS standings, which will be released next weekend.

The Cardinals are also ranked No. 8 in the Sagarin Ratings and No. 11 in the Billingsley Top 50 poll.

U of L will play host to Central Florida on Friday night at 8 p.m.
