University of Louisville junior guard Chris Jones said he figured he would miss a couple of games with his sprained right wrist.
But on Monday afternoon, U of L coach Rick Pitino said Jones was back at practice and he's expected to play on Tuesday night when the Cardinals meet Missouri State at 9 o'clock.
Jones missed the WKU game after suffering the injury last week in practice.
"He practiced this morning and seemed great," Pitino said. "No ill effects from it."
The 5-foot-11 Jones is second on the team in scoring at 14.9 points a game. He also averages 2.8 rebounds and is second on the team in assists with 23 and tied with Russ Smith for a team-high 18 steals through 10 games.
