The University of Louisville hired Bobby Petrino - again - to be its head football coach on Thursday. He was given a seven-year contract worth $3.5 million a year. Cardinal Authority has complete coverage of the hiring.

Petrino, who was the U of L coach from 2003-06, called the U of L his "destination job" and signed a seven-year contract.
