The University of Louisville women's basketball team could face No. 1 ranked Connecticut four times this season, with the first coming on Sunday afternoon at 1:00p.m.
The between Louisville (23-1) and Connecticut (24-0), which is a rematch of the 2013 National Championship game which the Huskies won 93-60, pits the American Athletic Conference's two top teams. Tied for the league's top spot, both at 11-0, the game will provide the winner an advantage as post season nears.
UConn has only seven scholarship players and all five of the Huskie starters average double figures, led by Breanna Stewart's 19.3 average.
The Cardinals will be without Bria Smith who is recovering from a minor knee injury.
