New QB Bruggman 'excited to get going'

New University of Louisville quarterback Tyler Bruggman, a transfer from Washington State, will arrive on campus this weekend. Bruggman tells Cardinal Authority that he's "excited to get going" with the Cardinals.

It's been quite a whirlwind month for former Washington State quarterback Tyler Bruggman. He left the Cougars' program in early July.
