Earl Heyman 'can't wait' for Game One

Less than a year after Earl Heyman was named a All-American, the Ballard High School product is preparing to see action as a true freshman. The rookie defensive tackle visited with Inside The Ville following Wednesday's practice and talked about his determination to play against the in-state rival Wildcats.

During his pre-game press conference on Monday, U of L head coach Bobby Petrino was quick to mention Earl Heyman when asked what true freshman could see action this fall. "Earl's done a real nice job for us. He's extremely quick and plays with as much effort as anybody we have on defense.
