PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Louisville's Brian Brohm and Elvis Dumervil and West Virginia's Jay Henry and Pat McAfee received BIG EAST Conference weekly football honors on Monday. Brohm was named the BIG EAST's Offensive Player of the Week. Dumervil and Henry earned Co-Defensive Player of the Week accolades. McAfee received the conference's Special Teams Player of the Week honor.

In a 63-27 win over Oregon State, Brohm completed 18-of-22 passes for 368 yards and five touchdowns. His completion percentage of 81.8 tied him for the second best single-game performance in UL history. Brohm's five touchdowns marked the first time a Cardinal has accomplished that feat since Dave Ragone on Oct. 26, 2002 versus East Carolina.

Dumervil had three sacks, six tackles and two forced fumbles in a 63-27 win over Oregon State. His nine sacks in the first two games of the season established a new NCAA record for the most sacks in consecutive games, breaking the old mark held by Georgia Tech's Pat Swilling (8).

Henry registered six tackles, including 2.5 tackles for loss, one sack and a key fourth quarter fumble recovery in a 31-19 win at Maryland. He helped hold the Terrapins to 50 yards rushing - marking the third consecutive game that WVU has held an opponent under 100 yards rushing.

In a 31-19 win at Maryland, McAfee kicked a career-long 40-yard field goal in the fourth quarter to help seal the Mountaineer victory. Of McAfee's six kickoffs in the game, five were for touchbacks, including four in the decisive fourth quarter.
