Simms, a 6'2, 200 pound standout at Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey, NJ, threw for 2,800 yards and 30 touchdowns as a junior, completing more than 60 percent of his passes.
Simms will kick off his senior season in style. His first game (9/9) will be televised on ESPNU and his second game (9/16) will be played at Cincinnati's Nippert Stadium.
